2. Client Responsibilities

- Respond to our communications in a timely manner
- Pay agreed service fees as per the payment terms
- Follow BIS procedures as guided by us during the process
3. Payment Terms
All services are provided on a prepaid or milestone basis. Customized packages or AMCs will have clearly defined billing schedules. Delayed payments may result in service delays or penalties.
4. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client data, documents, and BIS credentials. No information is shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by BIS or related authorities.
5. Disclaimer
A2ZBIS Solution Pvt. Ltd. acts as a consultant and does not guarantee the final grant of BIS licenses, as final decisions rest solely with the Bureau of Indian Standards and associated government bodies. Our role is to assist and guide with complete diligence and best practices.
6. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held responsible for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the client, delays due to BIS or testing labs, or force majeure events.
